A truly international executive search consultant, Jerry has spent the past 15 years advising fast-growth companies across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

His appreciation of the fundamentals that drive successful recruitment campaigns combined with an understanding of the behaviours of exceptional talent, has enabled him to work with the leaders of global enterprise and start up ventures to build world class regional management teams.

Jerry has focused on the TMT sector throughout his career, building trusted client relationships with large multinationals and market-leading vendors of emerging technologies in specialist areas such as B/OSS, Data Management, Mobile Internet and the Cloud.

Prior to joining European Leaders, Jerry was a founding director of a search firm in Sydney, Australia and holds a BA Hons in Politics & Philosophy. Married with two unruly young children, his spare time is spent fixing a ’76 VW Westfalia Berlin camper in foreign fields.
