100 Day Start Plan
The first three months in a new role defines its success or failure. We have a vested interest; all our candidates carry a replacement warranty. Responsibility is equal, employer and new employee. Unless there is a clear plan of what constitutes success and this is regularly calibrated during the initial phase, it can lead to both parties being unimpressed by the other. Therefore we facilitate and advise upon the formulation of a 100 day action plan and during this phase act as a catalyst in the communication process between client and candidate to assure its complete delivery.
