Shaleen is Head of Events and has built her professional skills through work as a recruitment consultant and EA in the talent, retail and entertainment industries. She has responsibility for managing the membership of the GM & CEO and HR Leadership Academies and brings a pragmatic and driven approach to European Leaders through the professional delivery of our workshops and events. Shaleen is also a key contributor to the business development and marketing activities for European Leaders.

Shaleen has a BA (Hons.) in Performance Arts and Theatre Studies, a background which is ideal for enhancing the ‘customer experience’ of European Leaders’ clients.

She has worked at the BBC, Talk Talk and the Discovery Network.

As a great fashion enthusiast and natural performer Shaleen brings a good degree of colour, style and energy to the EL culture.
