HR Academy Membership
Membership of the HR Academy is around participation in a community of creative and capable talent leaders.
The premise is that today HR leadership is still under exploited as the owner of the corporate engine room by the wider general management. HR leadership can generally be relied upon to deliver the power behind a company and to significantly contribute to corporate plans and progress; it is a poor reflection on the profession that HR leadership is rarely asked to participate in a strategy discussion at the top table.
Members meet in groups of 15-20 in regular workshops running from 10am – 3pm, followed by optional networking. The Academy is non-chargeable, we only ask that members sign a membership charter which includes a charter of confidentiality – this allows members to be as open as necessary in the workshops, and get the most value from coming together.
