The GM & CEO Academy
All great business leaders want to raise their game. GMs and CEOs face a variety of challenges, some they meet naturally, others are outside their scope of experience. Being at the pinnacle of their organisation, there is often nowhere to turn for assistance. Boards provide some support, but usually recognise that they are rarely in a position to coach effectively.
The GM & CEO Academy is designed to help in the complex art of leadership. Many bosses claim the role is lonely and find the Academy provides the support infrastructure of peers and coaches so needed by these progressive and talented business heads.
Academy members meet in groups of 14-16 in high impact quarterly workshops which combine advanced personal development with relevant sessions facilitated by subject specialists. It's a structured coaching environment as well as a confidential space to address specific 'live' challenges through the unique 'Virtual Board'. (See sub tab.)
Quite simply it is the environment that makes the difference in how achievable success becomes, with minimal stress and maximum effectiveness.
